         <description><![CDATA[<p>Food groups are the key to a balanced diet, without food groups you would not know if you are eating a good amount of them. Balanced diets and key to staying healthy, if you don't have enough that could impact your muscle and you might get sick. If you don't eat these foods you will feel really down all the time and you will have a lack of energy. The food groups we have are, protean witch contains meat, eggs and fish, you can have 60 grams of protean a day. Gains that contain rice, paster and bread, you can have 48 grams per day. Dairy that contains milk, cheese and yogurt, you can have 2.5/3.5 grams per day. Fruit that contains strawberry, mango and blueberry, you should have 2-5 servings of fruit a day. And lastly vegetables you should have 2-3 cups a day, that contain carrots, broccoli and green pees.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Carbohydrates are your body’s number one fuel source, especially during intense exercise like netball. Your body breaks down carbohydrates into glucose, a sugar that fuels your brain and muscles. You store limited amounts of carbohydrates in your muscles and liver, so be sure to top up these fuel stores before exercise and during long training sessions. Not eating enough carbohydrates can make it hard for you to concentrate, lead to you feeling tired and make it harder to recover. Your body needs small amounts of fat to insulate you, maintain your core body temperature and help absorb fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamin A, D, E and K. Choose healthy fats as they provide energy and help your brain work at its best. Unhealthy fats like trans fats and saturated fats come from animal fats and highly processed foods such as biscuits, cakes and fast food. Keep these foods to  a minimum. Protein is vital for growth and helping your muscles recover after a game or training session. Small amounts of protein are used as an energy source. When you’re still growing, you need a little extra protein to help with this growth. You can easily get this extra protein through your diet. Sources include eggs, lean meat, fish, chicken and dairy products. Some plant foods like chickpeas, beans, lentils, nuts and seeds also contain protein. A meal is beef (protein), mashed potato (carbohydrate) with a side of nuts (fats).Vitamin A is vital for healthy vision (especially in low light), a strong immune system, normal growth and cell development, and maintaining healthy skin and mucous membranes, some food sources from this is carrot. Iron is essential because it produces hemoglobin, the protein in red blood cells that transports oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body, some food sources from this is meat. Calcium is essential because<strong> </strong>it builds and maintains strong bones and teeth, supports healthy nerve function and muscle contractions (including the heart), and aids in normal blood clotting, some food sources from this is milk.<br>The risks of nutrients that can improve health are most often related to excess intake, such as weight gain and obesity from too much fat or carbohydrates, or toxicity from high-dose vitamin and mineral supplements, leading to symptoms like headaches, organ damage, or nerve damage. Another risk is deficiency due to an unbalanced diet, which can cause conditions like anaemia or impaired immunity. Certain nutrients can also interfere with medications, while others, like excessive sodium, can contribute to high blood pressure.&nbsp;</p>]]></description>

         <title>Food Selection Modals </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The current article addresses this limitation by applying a generalization of the relational event framework to model micro-level food choice behavior following an educational intervention. Relational event modeling was used to model the food choices that 221 mothers made for their child following receipt of an information-based intervention. Participants were randomized to receive either (a) control information; (b) childhood obesity risk information; (c) childhood obesity risk information plus a personalized family history-based risk estimate for their child. Participants then made food choices for their child in a virtual reality-based food buffet simulation. Food selection models are presented using visual formats such as the Healthy Eating Plate and the Healthy Eating Pyramid. Foods are classified into different groups based on their nutritional composition and processing level. One significant strength of food selection modeling is its ability to provide clear, evidence-based guidance for dietary patterns by demonstrating the importance of variety and proportions from core food groups. One significant limitation of food selection modeling is the inability to fully capture the complex, dynamic, and multifactorial nature of food choices.</p>]]></description>
