         <description><![CDATA[<div>A non-academic activity/ habit that I would want to enforce in my daily routine would be exercising daily. As online school progresses, I have realized that I am not paying too much attention to physical activity therefore as a part of the self-care challenge, I would want to make it a point to start spending more time outside and exercise indoors/ in the park. This would significantly contribute to my physical health and overall well-being!<br><br><strong>After 1 week (12/10/21)- Reflection&nbsp;<br></strong>I think that I have been able to implement the habit of exercising, and spending more time outside, in my daily self-care routine. This is mainly because I had started to go outside for around a 30 minute walk, did simple exercises everyday indoors, and frequently took my dog out for a walk. This habit significantly helped in clearing my head and increasing my physical fitness therefore supported emotional, mental, social and physical well-being.</div>]]></description>

         <title>During the current pandemic, I would want to create a balanced time table as it will help me make my life more organised and me more disciplined. Moreover, I would also make a time table to work on the amount of time I take to complete each task, in-order to acquired time management skills. Furthermore, a time table will be created to improve my well-being as a whole because due to online school and work I have not been able to give my mental and physical well being that much of time.
