Many animals depend on the tree such as, squirrels, mice and voles. Many mosses also depend on the tree for places to grow. Beetles also depend on the tree for a place to live and when the tree dies many organisms live in it. </div>]]></description>

Climate change is having a drastic affect on the ecosystem as well as the water as CO2 is making the ph of the water go down.<br>Facts: Kelp can grow 1.5 feet a day<br>Keystone species: Sea Otter. The sea otter keeps the urchin population in check so it will help the kelp thrive. Without the sea otter there would be no kelp left.</div>]]></description>
