   Not only do the women ignore the annoying comments for themselves,but also they are proficient to ascertain all the people depreciate them, for their value. They try simultaneously taking care of their family , their house and being aware of new methods on their professional career.

Women have  fewer job opportunities and they are selected only in specific jobs . Women should deserve more!

Gender equallity is still not at where it should be and we need to do everything in our power to change that.

The percentages show us that more men work as scientists that women, although women are also qualified. In addition, sometimes women have to stay home and raise their children when needed,  so they loose their jobs. In the countries were the percentage of women working is higher, it's not necessarily because there is more equality, but because there aren't a lot of them who do work. We should all understand that everybody deserves to be treated as a human and we should all promote equality between men and women. Women with family, need our support to raise their kids properly. Don't forget that we are all humans.
