I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback on your performance during your recent internship at Royal International School.

I appreciate your dedication and effort over the past few weeks. Following are some aspects of your internship that I particularly find commendable;

You were enthusiastic to learn new things and willing to take new steps to make lessons more interesting and interactive to the students.
Appreciate your adaptability to new situations and taking responsibility in planning lessons within a short time.
The quality of the lessons met our expectations and helped students grow.
You showed openness to feedback and a willingness to incorporate suggestions for improvement.
You have good communication skills both written and verbal. During class times make sure that you are audible enough to students.
While you were dedicated to fulfilling the lesson objectives well, you need to focus on managing time effectively by using different teaching approaches like flipped classes, etc.

I believe the above feedback will help you develop yourself.
