This will negatively impact their grades a lot! Kids can go from getting straight A's to Failing some classes because of their grades. They will always want to play games in class so that is all that they will do. They won't get anything done. And then when they go to get a job and are told to do something they won't be able to succeed in that task because they never learned to stay on task. But how will they do that if they are sucked into thier games inside and sit there like a couch potato. When you tell them, "We are going to go out to eat tonight so please act mature." They will say okay and then when you get there all you hear is them whining, being annoying, yelling across the table, and eating sloppily. This might be because they don't have to wait for things to happen in games so they are impatient. Also, they always have something to do so they will always be entertained when they play games. And lastly, hey will eat sloppily because they are used to being by themselves while playing their games so they don't have to worry about people watching them eat or anything. They won't be in the habit of eating nicely, being patient, or not always being entertained.
