The wonderful thing about this technology tool is that you can use this with a wide variety of situations within your classroom. This means, teachers are using it, parents are using it at home, students are using it at home and in class. You can create a specific book to introduce a topic, just right fit text for students on an IEP you can fit the book to for your small group instruction on the correct phoneme you are teaching, you can translate a book into multiple or dual language books, you can have students create their own text as an assignment and the ideas to create books can continue!

A teacher can create a section of just right books that focus on the letter/grapheme/phoneme/diphthong/digraph etc. this might be used as whole class or small group direct instruction. Alternatively and/or additionally it might be used for at home practice as it can be accessible through the Google Classroom.
