In my pedagogical practice this is the fundamental element. I think that only with students involved in what is done on a daily basis we can we evolve them in all areas. I really agree with the perspective that creating such a kind of learning environment is really beneficial for students. My opinion is based on experience, taking as example all the projects and tasks that my students have completed during an Erasmus + project.
1. I noticed how they strongly felt they were part of something, they loved feeling part of a group, it was a need for them. So as teachers we are due to provide this kind of activities (alternating of course with individual activities and tasks that are also necessary to improve other kind of skills).
2. The relationship among students grew stronger as well as between teacher and students. A special energy created among us.
3. After the trips I saw how their behaviour in class had improved and they felt at ease with the teachers, they all noticed how relaxed they were. They loved that sense of identity, they were ERASMUSERS!!!

The creation of an inclusive learning environment hepls students feel that the belong somewhere, no matter what their educational background or social status is. They feel that they are safe and develop their skills, accept diversity and think outside the box. In my carreer as a teacher I have had many kids that during the school year and due to the methods used by the teachers, turned from tottaly isolated students to students that became the "heart" of the class, got high marks and participated in all school activities !
