It's a global economic and cultural center, with access to the latest advancements in various fields. Its hard to always see the sky. The streets are filled with tourists

Amish Community: The Amish, in contrast, reject many aspects of modern technology. They live a simpler life, often without electricity, cars, or advanced machinery. This intentional rejection of modern technology is rooted in their religious beliefs.

Its very very new... The technology difference is HUGE, Elevators are extra ordinary to the young Amish, some of them couldn't even go in an elevator, let alone take care of themselves in such a big town as New York is. Some of them drank so much alcohol, drunk drived and did so much trouble, i didn't expect an Amish to do those kind of things.

Some women who were prevouisly Amish talk about there horrifying experience.

Us "normal" humans we think that the Amish community is so friendly, its a good environment and everyone is happy, but it isn't so friendly behind the scenes...

These women talk about how they abused sexually, harrassed and mentally beat down. But the worst thing out of em all is that it wasn't just random people within the community, it was their own family. This means that they weren't even safe in their own home.

The Amish is all about forgivness and that everything that happens to you is your own fault, so these young women thought that the problem was them and not these sick men. You probably think that they could tell their mothers and they would help them, but again no, their mothers just told them that it was there own fault, because they would look to sexual in a way the men would be turned on.

These women went to court with the men that harrassed them, all of them got sentenced.

Again here it got confirmed that the Amish community isn't as good as people think, because everyone and when i say everyone, i mean every single Amish, and even some Amish from another state, came to court and supported the rapsist's.
