3. The first three articles of the U. S. Constitution describe the three branches of government: the legislative branch, which makes the laws; the executive branch, which carries out the laws; and the judicial branch, which interprets the law.

4. The first ten amendments to the U. S. Constitution are known as the Bill of Rights. The 1st Amendment provides freedom of speech, religion, and press.

5. The changes to the U. S. Constitution are called amendments. There are 27 amendments in total.
