         <description><![CDATA[<div>Everyday the following is needed in our lesson plans:<br><br>-Small Group Instruction to teach Phonics for those needing that area, comprehension on their instructional level, response to reading, and any other area to meet individual needs.<br>-Whole group instruction to teach goals based on pacing<br>&nbsp;guide, writing goals, vocabulary and language.&nbsp;<br>-Read aloud that models fluency and strategies for thinking<br>-writing practice so students apply goal<br>-read to self and others to practice goals <br>-literacy based centers<br>-6 minutes to fluency<br><br>Also need to include project based learning with focus in social studies to integrate these skills</div>]]></description>
