Many directors of fashion shows in all around the world have decided to create virtual platforms to prevent COVID from spreading.
 
The British Fashion Council announced that they are planning to roll out a digital Cultural Fashion Week Platform” for designers to use and see the garments.  Shanghai and Moscow also went online for their fashion weeks in March and April.

This fashion show was run by Carine Roitfeld, the former French Vogue editor and Tom Ford muse, and her son, Vladimir Restoin Roitfeld, the president and chief executive of CR Fashion Book Ltd

Many fashion designers and models were there and send them messages of safety and love.
The kitchen, tables, glass, and many other furnitures made the show look more natural but also special.

While it is impossible to replace the whole atmosphere of an in-person fashion shows, virtual reality shows will play an increasing role during pandemic. Virtual reality is able to provide 3D experience, by overlaying digital images on a viewer’s surroundings, so that the viewer can see models walking around.

Imran Amed, founder of the influential trade news website Business of Fashion said "“For people to, say, experience a Burberry show or a Prada show or a Vuitton show in their homes using augmented reality, with the ability then to pre-order some of the things they’ve seen - that’s where I think there may be some opportunity,”
