This one story craftsman style house has street parking for two vehicles, a small front yard, and a side yard for a small garden.  There is a large master bedroom with an attached bathroom.  There are nicely sized utility and storage rooms as well as an office that can easily be converted into a bedroom.  The is a large dining room and living room attached to one another.  Additionally, there is a kitchen with lots of room and open space as well as a nice sized bathroom and laundry room. In the middle of all of these luxurious rooms is a lengthy and spacious hallway and foyer. ]]> 2017-12-19 17:46:36 UTC https://padlet.com/1208211/clftla9wgr2i/wish/217320154 Client Profile 1208211 https://padlet.com/1208211/clftla9wgr2i/wish/217325522 Anna and Mitch Williams are a young couple looking for a house with universal design that can easily be renovated on.  It is important to them that their home helps make their life as safe and comfortable as possible.  Within the next five years they are thinking of having a child, therefore they would like to have a space that can be used as an office for now but later be converted into a bedroom with little to no construction.  Overall, they would like their home to be unique, full of potential, and be able to meet the needs of their various health conditions with the help of universal design.  On top of all this, Anna and Mitch have a eclectic style.  We incorporated this in our paint colors because even though our paints mainly consist of natural colors, we included green, blue, and light pink accent color paints.

We additionally use scale by placing objects in rooms that are appropriate and reasonable based on the size of the room.
