YES here is my most favorite show ever, and I always replay episodes while I eat or when I have the free time to watch. I usually watch this on my Netflix account. I rarely watch it nowadays though.

When I watch YT, I usually just watch F1 Highlights most of the time, I don't really watch a lot of things, though I do watch a channel named "Oversimplified" too. I also watch drum walkthrough videos when I want to learn a new song. I only use it occasionally.

Why do I like these Media?

Personally I like these Media because they help me connect with anyone, anytime. They also make a lot of things more easier and more efficient, like answering questions, or seeing the latest news. However they also do a lot of damage to my social skills, as well as my physical body. Social skills because, I rely too much on being behind a screen that people can't really see my actions or mistakes, and physical body because the media I consume distract me from doing my physical activities. Despite all this, I like these Media because I enjoy using it, and knowing how modern society works, it would be very hard for me to function without social media personally, and academically.

How are these media influencing or affecting me? (my lifestyle, aspirations, attitudes, behavior). Is this healthy? If yes, how come? If not, what steps should you take to change it?

They affect me both positively and negatively. In a positive aspect, they help me connect with others, who are far from me, and I can do lots of things I enjoy through media like playing games, or watching videos. The negative side of this is that, my lifestyle has become a lot more static, going through the same 5 apps everyday, or whatnot, and no, this is not healthy because consuming this much media everyday is taking a toll on my mental and physical health, it has also made my behavior a bit more erratic. The steps I should take to change this negative side is to jus overall lessen my social media consumption. Doing it little by little until I find a good balance for myself. Doing a social media detox would help as well.
