Doing the leaflet as well.  It was interesting.  I have only done an A5 type leaflet before. KSE

I enjoyed Customer service skills, probably because I'm sociable, and like working with people face to face.
I enjoyed filling in online forms, this is a field I don't get enough practice.
Enjoyed every part of the course, was good working with other students willing to work and give there in put. And had a positive out look to learning. A pleasure to study with, even better with a tutor who knows their job/teaching. S.L

I don't think this course is advertised enough, Spaces could have been filled more with those that are unemployed or working, who could do with gaining certificates for future employment or up grading old qualifications.
