As a teacher, I find it to be vital that a teacher has a sense of direction and can lead the students on a path full of opportunity and success.
Like wolves, teachers need to communicate and remain loyal to one another for the education system to be a success.

In an educational context, one will assume that the learners are the only ones transforming, constantly developing into more intellectual and mature people, but that is not the case. In education being able to adapt to change is not only a skill but is required. Learners differ from one another and many changes may occur to them, the curriculum and/or the education context itself. An effective teacher should be able to adapt to these changes.
