I hope you are well.

I accordance with our last meeting, I am sending the main conclusions about the new portal for our clients:

  • The new portal go live on April 1st 2024.

  • We will do in March a migrate process for current clients, there are a pilot process.

  • We send a communication for our clients to inform the new link and the new way to enter to the platform.

  • We will check weekly the user experience with the pilot clients.
