         <description><![CDATA[<div>1: It was a very enjoyable. I liked the fact that it is not only relieving but also exercising.<br>&nbsp;<br>2: For the first time, I was uncomfortable with concentration, but as I practiced for the second and third time, it become more&nbsp;<br>manageable.<br><br>3: I did not face any challenges while practicing for the second and third time.&nbsp;<br><br>4: Since I was a unique experience, I would dedicate at least 30 minutes of my time for it.&nbsp;<br><br>5: Yoga directly influenced my wellness. I was consistently being overwhelmed with excessive amount of works I had, and without any doubt, it increased my stress. However, all of anxiety and stress ceased to exist after practicing yoga.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. It was a great experience that we had while practicing. It was basic yoga movement that we practice and inhale our soul.&nbsp;<br>2. The first movement when we stand on our feet is the easiest part because we already have practice of such exercise and movement. We can control our balance in this movement of Yoga.&nbsp;<br>3. All exercises were easy, however, the inhaling practice that we do in the last part is the hardest one because it needs more attention and focus. We need to get rid of our pains and negative thoughts in this part. When we take breath, it helps us refresh our mind.<br>4. Definitely yes. I would like to spend more time to practice yoga exercises. I need these exercises.&nbsp;<br>5. Actually, life is full of stress and frustration. Yoga exercise can let us mitigate the impact of these things in our life. For instance, when we spend time for practicing yoga, we are going to inhale and refresh our soul. At the end of this exercise, when we inhale and excel, we are going to get rid of our pains and stress.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>1.</strong> The overall experience of the yoga video was frustrating and unenjoyable. <br><strong>2. </strong>No poses came easily or felt comfortable. Even basic twists and bends caused a strain. I lacked the flexibility or strength for any of the poses. <br><strong>3.</strong> Poses I found most difficult included a downward dog. My flexibility and strength could use some improvement to hold these poses comfortably without strain. <br><strong>4.</strong> I do not believe I could make time for regular yoga practice. It seems unnecessary and not worth the effort required. Short practices would not provide enough benefit to justify the time.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <strong>5.</strong> Yoga and wellness seem unrelated to me. There were no reductions in stress, tension, or health issues.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<br> My partner is Manizha Amiri&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1<strong>. </strong>I was really pleased to do that excessively. It was a bit hard for me because the moves needed a-lot of flexibility which I did not have. But my overall experience was fantastic.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br><strong>2.</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; The beginning movements were easy as it went to end the moves became harder and harder. Overall I was flexible for most of the movements.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <strong>3.</strong>&nbsp; The downward dog pose was the hardest. And I did not had the ability to touch my toes in the move which was like a clock move.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <strong>4.</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;I do believe I can make time for regular yoga practice, even at home. Once you experience the many benefits, it's easy to prioritize. After watching this yoga video and practicing it for 6 days, it made a lot of changes in me.&nbsp; When I did these exercises for an hour a day, it gave me a very good feeling.&nbsp; Among other things, it gave me mental and physical comfort and still gave me positive energy.&nbsp; It made me always think positively during the day and easily achieve all my tasks.&nbsp; And in general, I can say that this last week was very effective, useful and full of energy for me.&nbsp; And the decision I made after watching the video and practicing is to watch more yoga videos and continue to do it myself.<br><br></div><div>2. The easiest part of this exercise was breathing.&nbsp; Because I was taking deep breaths and it was useful in general.<br><br></div><div>3. Actually, it was not very difficult because when we watch something and try to practice it is easy not difficult.<br><br></div><div>4. Yes, After watching the video and practice about a weak I decided to after this I will work yoga. And I think if I want yes I can<br><br></div><div>5. Of course it is related to my wellness . Because when I watched and practice after that I get energy and it cause to think positive.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. The yoga exercise was wonderful since it makes you feel calm and gives you a sense of peace and worth.<br>2. The easiest part was having a slower movement where you hold breaths for each pose while keeping your focus. &nbsp;<br>3. The difficult part of exercising yoga is having distraction. The place should be quiet otherwise you can be distracted with noises around you. For instance, if there is too much noise around you during yoga, it will cause you to get a headache as I have experienced.<br>4. I will definitely make time for it regularly.<br>5. It is relevant to our wellness as it increases our positivity, calmness, awareness, peace, and energy.</div>]]></description>

Since I usually found practicing the different movements demonstrated for us very hard to do. I also didn’t find it very calming and relaxing as my teammate did.<br><br></div><div>3. Finding a good place and enough time to practice yoga was quite difficult.<br><br></div><div>4. since it takes a lot of time to do every individual exercise. I don’t think I would be able to make time for it.<br><br></div><div>5. Although I hade done it before, I found it difficult to bend down breath at the same time for the first days. Also I had the opportunity to do this practice away from the polution of the city and in pure nature that made this yoga practice and breathing a better experience for me. know, my muscles are relaxed, specially my back muscles, and I fell more flexible. I don't think I could be able to practice yoga everyday but will try my best and recommend y'all to practice and see its great results in a long term period.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. It was not completely new for me because I had tried it long before I joined AUAF. I liked it because not only it was fun, but also it was helpful for the rest of the day.<br>2. Although I found practicing yoga a bit boring, it was not difficult. It was all about awareness of breath and stretching our bodies.<br>3. Being in one posture for a while and being concentrated is a bit difficult for me because I can easily get distracted by being bored or a low sound.<br>4. I think I will not make time always, but I try my best to at least practice yoga 4 times per week.<br>5. It definitely helps ease our minds, effects our moods, and our physical well beings.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1: What was the overall experience like?<br>&nbsp;It has been a long time since I am exercising Yoga. When I was in Afghanistan , my coach who was training me Taekwondo was making us practice Yoga at the end of the class. Now that I am a Karate trainer, I do the same way in my classes. For it helps my students feel relaxed and calm after practicing Karate.&nbsp;<br>Since the time I have been practicing Yoga, I have been deeply connected to it, for Yoga has helped me have a better mental and physical wellbeing.&nbsp;<br>2: What was easy?<br>For me, all the Yoga practices are easy and comfortable. However, when I was a beginner, taking deep breaths were the easiest part of practicing yoga for me.&nbsp;<br>3: What was difficult?<br>When I was a beginner, the parts that I had to stretch my mussels were difficult for me because my mussels were not used to those exercises. But now, all the Yoga practices are easy for me.&nbsp;<br>4: Do you think you will be able to make time for it?<br>Definitely yes, I have promised myself to practice Yoga every day. One of the good aspects of Yoga is that we can do it even if we are at home and it is not needed to have a lot of equipment to exercise Yoga.&nbsp;<br>5: How does it relate to your wellness?<br>The way I feel relaxed, calm, energetic and confident after practicing Yoga, I can reassure myself that yoga has impacted my physical and mental wellbeing.</div>]]></description>
