First off ,  i believe this  because it brings alot of joy to kids and parents . Balloons can go a big way  for example , if it was a persons birthday and she had gotten pretty much nothing and that one person got her balloons it shows alot because balloons can bring any person to smile because they are so bright , and happy with the little messages on them either saying " I love you " , or " happy birthday "  . Take a second and imagine your life without balloons , how does it feel ? I know I dont feel so good about it . As stated in the article " Balloons bring joy to Millions " it states that even tho balloons do harm animals , it is such an easy fix .  For example , you could easily make a change in any animals life by  easily deflating your balloon cutting off the ribbon and throwing it away .   Yes balloons have some cons but there are many solutions to it which is why you should not have to ban balloons . As stated i the article  should balloons be banned"  it  clearly states that there is very little information to show that it harms animals . Balloons can turn a bad day into such an amazing day because it shows that little things go a very long way . I do not believe balloons should be banned because even tho they do harmful things sometimes , banning them is not the solution but is a very extreme action to take for such little evidence .
