A space for organizing everything and everyone in one space. Teachers can post assessments using Google Docs and Google Form and immediately collect and provide feedback. Google Forms can be used for pre-assessment, summative assessments and quizzes. Google Docs allow to see all the changes students made working even on a single collaborative project and each student's contribution. This is a perfect tool to get the whole picture of everyone's efforts. Google Classroom can be accessed on any device and platform and it is the tool for moving the whole brick-and-mortar classroom online.

Google Keep allows to make lists of things to do and integrate it with Google Calendar. Teachers can create their own calendars for different events and invite other participants. Conference calls can be scheduled and arranged through Google Calendars (e.g. teachers can use online office hours to schedule one-on-one meetings with students and add video conference tool Google Meet to connect with students).

Nearpod allows to create the whole sequence of learning experiences including pre-assessments, posting instructional video, formative assessments etc. Teachers can track progress of each student and see the number of attempts each student needed to complete tasks. Nearpod requires access to the Internet but can be used with any system (Microsoft, Mac) and on any device.

A great online and offline tool by Google to conduct different experiments and record data. Science Journal is an app that allows students to measure data on light, sound, atmospheric pressure and other physical and natural phenomena. However, it runs only with smartphones and tablets thus limiting students' participation if they don't happen to have devices.

These are the two tools that can easily facilitate communication between students, teacher and students, and teacher and parents. Gmail has a translation feature that can help translate message to non-English speaking parents and thus ease communication. Google Groups can be used for class-wide discussions or between parents only. Gmail and Google Groups run like all other Google products, i.e. as apps on different devices and with different platforms.
