I am 40 years old and I want to make sure that I can stick around to provide for my wife and 8 year old son. I enjoy traveling with my little family and exploring new places. Unfortunately we haven't had time to go anywhere new recently due to my son's activities. Right now he plays soccer for a club, practices taekwondo, and plays piano, so he keeps us pretty busy. I try and go for walks with my wife every now and then, usually when my son is practicing with his soccer team.</div>]]></description>

I am a huge nature lover and I am excited to meet you all!<br>2) One of the topics that I would love to delve deeper into is the psychology of eating. I see food as a conduit to talk about history, tradition, love, family, and culture. I also love to eat as a way to comfort myself, but unfortunately I eat too much. Gluttony is my sin.          <description><![CDATA[<div>1) My name is Joy! Nice to "meet" you all!<br>2) During this course I am hoping to learn even more ways to improve my physical and mental well-being. I hope that I can continue to learn how to embrace a healthier diet, especially being a person who loves to eat and has an endless appetite to try new foods. In terms of nutrition, I'd like to learn what choices are available - especially what foods are the most detrimental to our health and how I can adjust. I have found that cutting sugar has helped me out tremendously and am curious to learn what other minute changes I can make to grow into a bigger lifestyle change! Finally, learning about hearing about how people manage time to focus on exercise and health is something that I am constantly struggling with and hope to improve.<br>3) My hobbies are learning about nature and wildlife, traveling, trying new foods and identifying flavors, organizing the house, raising various pets, playing video games and (recently) cooking healthier food!&nbsp;<br>4) One of my healthier habits is cutting sugar from my diet, especially drinks. Since I've started this goal I find myself eating 75% less sugar that I was before and now most things taste too sweet for me. This has been a huge hurdle that I am proud to have overcome because I have always had the biggest sweet tooth of anyone I've known. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>Hello my name is kennedy</li><li>I hope I learn ways to improve my mental and physical health. Overall just getting to know my body more and what helps me live a healthy happy life.&nbsp;</li><li>I enjoy playing tennis, rollerskating and hanging out with family and friends.</li><li>I exercise Monday- Friday, I try to keep it super light and fun, I walk on the treadmill for 30 min on speed 3 and incline at 10 and that is a wonderful workout. After that I will lift some weights with my dad for a bit I usually just do it for fun and I like it because I get to spend time with my dad.&nbsp;</li></ol><div><br></div>]]></description>
