Great video for teaching verbs, present simple or present progressive. We also listed characters, location, and message. Another super video that has a similar message is Life Vest https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nwAYpLVyeFU. Same idea with a different characters at a different location. Have students write sentences about what people do in the video. Write a list of characters and ask them to write a sentence in present simple or present progressive about what each character does. Differentiated worksheets - https://drive.google.com/open?id=1DhZr8WVBiMVHS2Q0KoYiPfcjAHbVbm0c
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1W8DCogoYIJ8a889fVldaxXB8UUppEbjC/view?usp=sharing

This is a video about overcoming obstacles. We listed the characters and location, and discussed the message of the video. We also discussed the main character's initial reaction to "the present" and why it changed. A great video for weak students who have a hard time learning.

This song has been used extensively in grade school and could easily be used for lower proficiency students in Junior High. It's good for modals, for comparitives and just to learn vocabulary. But don't forget about the class discussion. This clip has a very special message and it's incredibly moving. If you've used it - please add a comment about what you did with it.

A short video with a special message. You may want to make sure that none of the students have family members who are undergoing chemotherapy before showing this. Works well with girls' classes - I'm sure a lot of them can relate.
Great for discussion about overcoming obstacles, incentives, and caring. As with all of the videos, it's good to list the characters (in this case there are four if you include the cat), the location, the conflict and the message. In this case you can ask students to write a sentence about what each character does and/or wants.
