Narcissus

Narcissus was a handsome boy who captured a lot of girls hearts Including Echo, who was a girl that got punished by Hera, a goddess, for talking too much. Echo wandered around him endlessly until he was sat by a lake. He was about to take a drink when he suddenly saw his handsome reflection and just couldn't stop staring, forgetting to eat and drink. He later died of thirst and hunger. Where he died, sprang up a Narcissus flower, better known today as the Daffodil. The yellow as yellow as Narcissus soft hair. This myth teaches people about not being narcissistic.

Possum's Tail

Possum is an animal with a beautiful, fluffy tail. The most beautiful of all the animals he declared. Possum would always brag and never stop talking about it every time he appeared with another fellow animal. One day, all of the animals were talking about who should speak at the meeting and what it will be about when Possum came along over. He said that he should speak at the meeting because of his beautiful tail. Then, he started boasting about how pretty his tail is, and how ugly the other animal's tail's are. Rabbit, one of Possum's friends, whispered to Bear, another one of Possum's friends, a plan in his ear. Rabbit then went up to POssum and said that he should go to Cricket, another friend of POssum's, to make his tail look better so he can look like a better speaker at the meeting. Once their there, Cricket pretends to put a special medicine on Possum's tail and wraps a bandage around it. At the meeting, Possum takes the old snakeskin off and his tail looked like a rat's tail but he didn't notice and everyone started laughing. Once he noticed, he played dead until they all were gone.
