<title>Lesson: •	To begin this lesson, I will start off by explaining what the definition of probability is. Mathematically, probability is the chance or likelihood that an event can occur. Probability could be shown as a ratio that expresses the number of likely outcomes in comparison to the number of outcomes you can get. Then, I would ask about three or four students to give me an example of probability. •	In order to help students understand this lesson better, we will answer some questions as a class. The questions will be: *How many seats are in the airplane? 100 seats. *What are your chances of sitting in row number 3? 3/100. *What are your chances of sitting in a window seat? Since there are two window seats, creating a total of 25 window seats, the probability would be 25/100. </title>

<title>Assignment: The assignment sheet will include three questions and students will be able to work in works of three in order to solve them. These will be the questions on the sheet: 1. Two coins are tossed, find the probability that two heads are obtained. Note: Each coin has two possible outcomes H (heads) and T (Tails). Answer: (H,T),(H,H),(T,H),(T,T) 2. A die is rolled, find the probability that the number obtained is greater than 4. Answer: 2/6 or 1/3. 3. A card is drawn at random from a deck of cards. Find the probability of getting the King of heart. Answer: 1/52.</title>
