Benjamin Steenholdt: He has been such a supportive Peer through these 6 months of my tenure in GH. He has been so patient in explaining me the process and had been always available for giving a detailed explanation of my doubts on the cases and has gone over and above in imparting the in-depth knowledge of the process . Words seem less for the responsibility, sensibility and most important of all empathy Ben has shown through out, towards me.He had been a great teammate , friend and Mentor in the tough times and his unique way of explaining difficult cases with simplicity with an added touch of fun really stands out as it helped me learn certain difficult aspects of the process with ease so far.

First, she helped me compare PDFs when I had a helluva time getting Adobe Pro installed on my laptop. Next, she promptly decommissioned a CELA site that was being referred to by the clients but not being monitored by CELA.

Sure, these may seem like small things but these are the kind of papercuts that, if unaddressed, make an organization (or team) less effective as time goes on.

I commend Nadia for being a team player!
