You do you sis!! Strap that baby in a sling and get out and about doing the things you enjoy.

Mom guilt is real! Try not to let it cripple you. YOU are the one who knows what's best for your babe.

AND parenting is 50/50. You don't have to take the burden of parenting on your own just because that's what society's old ideals said ;)

I'm also not a mom but I think just in general - make sure you take time to check up on yourself! Go get a mani, sleep in and have Bryan take the baby, etc. YOU deserve it. Miss you <3 Love, Megan

1) Love and take care of yourself. 2) Let yourself heal physically, mentally, and emotionally. The rollercoaster of emotions is soooo real in the beginning and all of them are real and valid. 3) Mom guilt can be real. And it doesn't matter if baby is breastfed or formula or both. What's best for your babe is what's best for you. 4) Asking for help is an act of bravery. 5) Trust yourself and your instincts above all of those books and all of the advice given to you by well-meaning friends and family. You know yourself and your baby best. 6) Know that it will all pass. Babies go through so many phases. It might seem like it'll last forever, but I promise it doesn't. 7) Have a hard seltzer. 8) pump and dump is not a real thing. LOVE!
