         <description><![CDATA[<div>Missouri Mandated Reporter Law (<a href="http://revisor.mo.gov/main/OneSection.aspx?section=210.115&amp;bid=11300&amp;hl=">Section 210.115 RSMo</a>) states that all mandatory reporters who possess reasonable suspicion, shall report suspected abuse and neglect, immediately, without having to go through a supervisor. &nbsp;<br><br>Those making reports need not fear retribution (civil or professional) for making said reports. &nbsp;<br><br>While the Mandated Reporter is required to identify themselves as such when making the report, the identity of the reporter will be kept confidential.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the state of Missouri, mandated reporters are members of various occupational groups who work with children, the elderly, and other vulnerable adults, such as (but not limited to) physical and mental health providers, teachers, and law enforcement agencies.&nbsp; A complete list of who is a mandated reporter can be found in Missouri Statute 210.115.1 RSMo, or at this <a href="https://health.mo.gov/safety/abuse/pdf/ListofMandatedReporters.pdf">link</a>.&nbsp;<br>Anyone CAN make a report of suspected abuse, but mandated reporters MUST make a report.  </div>]]></description>
