I always think keeping up with your family and friends, socialising over the phone or online is a massive part of what keeps me mentally healthy, especially now. Not seeing them in person is difficult, but knowing they are at the other end of the phone is a blessing.
Fresh Air - a quick 20 minute walk at lunch time with my doggies clears my mind and keeps me focused :)

I'm definitely more of an early bird so I like to make use of the morning. What keeps me mentally healthy is having a good morning routine... waking up, checking the 'news' (social media), making a coffee, going for a run, having a shower, having a tea, texting a friend and setting up my desk for work). I'm still figuring out a bedtime routine but just in trying, i know I'm making steps every day towards building positive mental health.

Walking my 2 dogs every morning is definitely the most important way for me to stay mentally healthy. I love being outdoors and seeing nature in all it's glory, no matter the weather. Staying in touch with friends with a weekly Zoom quiz and blether is fantastic and always a great laugh. If I'm feeling my mental health dipping I listen to good music, watch a favourite comedian or something that gives me a lift. Most importantly, getting to bed at a good time (before midnight) and getting a decent sleep always helps me.
