Before I started researching about blizzards, I only knew that they can cause a lot of damage, and that they are very cold. But after I did some research, I found out some useful information!

In a blizzard, the sky becomes thick, and the sky becomes gray The warm air is moist, and the cold air is dry! They clash together, forming a blizzard!

I thought blizzards would only last an hour. Now, I know they can last up to two hours, or more! You should never be outside in a blizzard!

Blizzards are a winter storm. For a blizzard to form, their needs to be moisture in the air to form clouds, and precipitation. You should never be outside in a blizzard, or else you can get frostbite!

I hope you enjoyed my blizzard essay!

Blizzards

Why Do They Happen

I didn’t know how blizzards happened before. I never thought about blizzards before. Blizzards are deadly winter storms that can do a lot of damage.

Blizzards form by warm air rising over cold air. If the cold air advances, it will push the warm air away, and the front of the storm will be cold. Then, a blizzard is formed. This is what causes blizzards to happen.

Blizzards can change people’s lives by destroying what they have and need. Lots of people can die from blizzards because blizzards can cause a lot of damage. Some of the deadliest blizzards can cause damage such as causing more than 200 people to die, people getting covered in 20-60 inches of snow and getting people TRAPPED in buildings.
