         <description><![CDATA[<div>I find tracking impact to be a real challenge. Loads of people have told me that I have had "impact" on their activities, but getting hard evidence is really tricky. Any advice?&nbsp;<br><br>Im concious that this is a bit of a national issue. Very few TnL professors in the sector realistically:Excellent Teaching is inherently local or grounded in local contexts (even if you share your practice global) whereas research publishing is inherently global.&nbsp;How do you extend your reach to larger audiences?</div>]]></description>
