Apart from this, the vocational training is the best way to facilitate the job placement and the Erasmus experience helps our students to expand their knowledge and open their minds to the real world.
I am sure it will be a wonderful and unique experience!!!

I never joined an Erasmus+ program dealing with vocational training before, but I have participated in Erasmus programs at university as a student and as a professor.Based on my experience, I always encourage my students in enrolling an Erasmus program once in a live as it is a wonderful experience which even allows, somehow, to a fresh start, a start from scratch, that definitively open minds and helps people to became global citizens. Erasmus programs allows you to improve as a student, professional and person by developing almost all your key skills. By joining Erasmus you will be focussed on your specific field. You will receive new approaches which will enrich you professionally while you share yours also, as sharing is one of the main pillars of Erasmus programs. You will came back home with a lot of knowledgements, points of views and approaches in your pocket, which will make you a valuable active for private and public companies of your country. Thus your chances of access to the working market will be boosted. Furthermore, practice languages, discover new cultures, awesome people and breathtaking sites while you are under severe training in your profesional field is an amazing experience. My name is José Romaguera. I work as a Sound, Video and Photography vocational training education teacher at IES La Marxadella, in Torrent. As a journalist I got one of my early jobs in France in an interantional tv station. That definitely changed my life and the way I see Europe as a whole labour frame, full of opportunities. As a teacher and thanks to Erasmus+ Program, I could visit early this year a similar school in Waterford, Ireland. That experience helped me to share new methods of teaching and tools, to understand another educational and labour system, and to discover different habits and traditions. Erasmus+ is one of the best chances for any student to go abroad and live a different life, full of new experiences. At IES Marxadella we work together to offer this opportunity to our students, and to show them that with an open mind, and an open heart, your chances of having a good job are highly increased, not only here in Spain, but also all around Europe. After a short/long period abroad, things are seen in a wider way; as european citizens we can communicate in different languages, get familiar with different social timetables and working habits, and most of all we become stronger, more tolerant, and more flexible. I would like to tell you that vocational training represents all in my life.
I was lucky because I was brought up in my father's garage and then I was a vocational training student. Later I spent eight years learning the trade in several companies. After that I became a vocational training teacher and I achieved my dream. For me, it's a privilege to teach a job and live together with the students and that' why I thank everyday and I try my students feel the same.
Erasmus program can be a great opportunity to share experiences and improve skills.
Sure you will take lots of advantages of this project and as we say in Valencia, AMUNT the vocational training!!!

My personal experience with Erasmus+ began when we had the opportunity to cooperate with the “The Chamber of Commerce of Italy" here in Spain with the project called “Spain energy mobility”. In our case, it was a KA102 scholarship and our students travelled to some European countries as Germany, Italy and Portugal to work during three months in some electricity and services companies.

In my opinion, this project was a fantastic experience for students and teachers to acquire new skills and knowledges, discover different countries, cultures and European traditions and meet new people.

Currently I still carry on working closely with my colleagues to develop our current Erasmus+ projects and to prepare new Erasmus+ projects at the IES La Marxadella.

To sum up, I am really hopeful with this mobilities and I am very interested in explaining to the students the importance of participating in an Erasmus+ projects.

I work also as a project coordinator of Erasmus+ and other projects in my school. We realized 7 Erasmus+ projects in last 3 years, of which 2 as coordinators. All of these projects are very valuable experience, both in professional and organisational meaning. Our project team members learned a lot about educational systems in other European countries and implemented many good practice examples in their teaching. I'm Salvatrice Crimi, an Italian teacher of Law and Economics at the High Secondary school Leonardo Da Vinci -Ripamonti in Como. I'm part of the Erasmus team in my school and, thanks to the Erasmus+ projects we have been granted, I have had some wonderful international experiences that have boosted my European citizenship awareness. I took part to a Vet mobility to France as accompanying teacher and I have realized the great value of this experience both professionally, as a human being and a citizen for all of us. Speaking with the students and looking at their smiling faces I've got that we were sharing the same feelings and thoughts. They came back stronger in their professional competences and grown as Eu Citizen. I have been coordinating Erasmus+ projects in my school for some years and I have had the great pleasure to lead a a group of colleagues and fulfil 3 funded projects.
When I began dealing with the Erasmus proposals I couldn't imagine how interesting and strongly motivating it would be. Working in Europe with lots of other foreign colleagues has increased the quality of my teaching and the motivation for it.
The VET experience that has given me the opportunity to share ideas, practises and goals , has made me realize the importance for the students and teachers to grow in the European environment and improve competences and skills.
I would highly suggest participating to Erasmus projects to open your mind and learn the richness of respecting differencies!
