         <description><![CDATA[<div>September 3, 1738. The Treaty of Paris is signed by the British, ending the 8 year war between the United States and Great Britain. It outlined and solved boundary issues and debt. It also outlined the fact that the U.S. was independent. Some challenges proposed by the Treaty is the enslaved people still in Britain and the loyalist land the Americans still had control of.</div>]]></description>
