This way, they were able to cater to minorities that were initially excluded, such as blind users. It reminds us that in providing good service, we should never automatically assume that the needs of many outweigh the needs of one. Such a dangerous precedent could lead to the silent minority falling through the cracks, especially when CPFB is representative of social security in Singapore.
