         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I think of something being "challenging" vs. "difficult," I think about your mindset. Both concepts involve obtaining something that is currently out of reach. However, if something is "challenging" your mindset is more of in the place that you can obtain, but the thing being obtained is going to take some hard work. On the flip side, "difficult" is more of a negative connotation that has a negative attitude. I think about our students. "This is too difficult" implies that you cannot obtain the thing that is out of reach.</div>]]></description>
