• Choose THREE Learning Outcomes from Pomfret's Portrait of a Graduate for Assessment of Projects

- Start Building Daily Schedule, including choosing Sessions (in 2 of 3 model). Schedule is HERE

- Start looking at Field Trips and excursions

- Identify Facilities Needs (Space Setup and Location, specific tools and building material needs, Art Supplies, Specific Resources, Access to spaces on campus, etc.)

- Work on Budget:  Food, Transport, Equipment, Other (guest speakers, entrance fees, donations, etc.)

- Field Trips/transport should be close to finalized

- Submit final Budget Requests

- Build Daily Schedule for the group

- Start planning Celebration of Learning and identifying needs, locations, special requests, etc.
