This was one of the most important events in my life because every teacher in that school had so much patience and dedication teaching me. For the longest time, I had trouble paying solid attention to whatever was being said, so it was hard for me to remember what exactly was being said. The teachers there taught me ways to concentrate during class and sent reports home to tell my parents how I was doing. They really made a big difference in my life by doing this.

It was so much fun walking around with my family, going on rides, and eating Disney food. It was truly a “once in a lifetime experience“.

I literally couldn’t sleep the night I was going to Japan. We landed in Tokyo, and our hotel was near a train station. My family and I used that train station to travel everywhere. We went to Odiba, Osaka, Hakone, Mt. Fuji, and so much more. It was a real fun trip that I will remember for the rest of my life.

Our coach got us a spot in a national baseball tournament in the middle of the US. My team stayed in a hotel called the “Grand Sierra Resort and Casino”. The first thing that my team and I noticed was it was 109 degrees outside of the airport, and worst of all it was humid. Despite the heat and everything, we had a great time at the tournament. We went to a rodeo, partied in a party bus, and all of my teammates versed each other in Fortnite in one of the hotel rooms.

This was the first time that I was sure that I would not go to the same school as my friends for a long time. We had just graduated and were saying our final goodbyes knowing that we wouldn’t be classmates anymore. It was a key moment in my life because this was the first time that I would be separated from the people that I spent my whole elementary education with. This was also the last time I would ever see my elementary teachers.

When I met Ryder it kinda made it clear that this was going to be exactly like my former school. He was my first friend by the end of the first week, so I guessed that I wasn’t going to be lonely for the first month. It was a key moment in my life because this was my start of 6th grade.

I was so excited to be on the team cause I wanted to be on the team forever. When our first practice came I found out that the person coaching the team was actually my old coach. He was really proud that I made the team. This was a key moment in my life because I have been playing baseball since preschool.

On that day we went to Krispy Kremes, got to our Airbnb and took a massive nap. The next 5 days we’re committed to the tournament. My team got 4th place and celebrated by going to a shaved ice place.

I didn’t even have time to relax after my Maui tournament because a month or so after the trip my team got another call to go up to Missouri for a baseball tournament. This time, I traveled with 2 of my teammates instead of my mom and dad. Our flight was 9 and ½ hours to get to Minnesota and then another 2 hour flight to get to Kansas City. Our flights got delayed so the grand total of hours was a 17 hour drag. I met up with the rest of our team in Kansas and my coach and he said that me and 3 others would join him in the drive to Branson. Turns out it was a 4 hour drive with the most annoying teammates in the State of Hawaii. The 6 of us drove to a place called “Ballparks of America”. That compound had EVERYTHING a kid could think of. In the end of the tournament we got 4th place.

The first thing I noticed was that everyone I knew was still there and the second thing I noticed was the new batch of students. I didn’t like the idea where every class had different people in it. This is a key moment in my life because this was when I needed to start thinking critically about my work.
