Aiming to changing individual behaviour, researchers have found that pressure from family and friends(Copper, 2010) and community social activities(Gonzalez and Parker, 2003) have a positive influence, while stimulation by money(Harrison, 2010) and lack of potential causes and beliefs(Johnson, 2011) are ineffective.

It is suggested that strategies aiming to change individual behaviors like financial rewards, community engagement which is relatively more effective(Gonzalez and Parker, 2003) can fail sometimes for their limitations（Harrison, 2010). Therefore, undelying causes and beliefs should be taken into consideration to ensure their efficiency according to Johnson (2011). In addition, pressure exerted by family and peer also has a great effect on individual behaviours（Cooper, 2010).

Mobile phones have diverse effects in developing countries. Although services availiable via mobile phones can have a negative impact on the living costs of poor families (Lefilleur,2009), it is counteracted by their positive effects. For instance, people use the devices to contact different aspects on their lives, such as their closest relatives or in further studies (Vodafone,2005). Other than that, mobile devices have a substantial impact in economy. Market conditions, which are constantly changing, can be instantly transmitted through the devices and this enable people to react quickly to earn more profit (Khalil, Dongier, Qiang, 2009). Due to the benefits provided by mobile phones, they have spreaded rapidly throughout the countries, including the rural areas according to the articles by Khalil and Qiang (2009)and also Berberousee, Bernard and Pescatori (2009).
