This artwork of mine,was painted more than 10 years ago and it was well kept.
During that time,I was able to paint when I'm off duty from work. I Iove to paint flowers simply because it has beauty of it's own. 
For this artwork, I used Japanese made watercolours which I bought in Japan(I can't remember the brand name). Selecting art paper is important too,here I used 230g art paper.  I've yet to have more time to pick up again soon.

It is important to eat good food in order to be healthy and fit. We really need to “eat the rainbow” as the colour of food can tell us a lot about its nutritional value and eating a variety of colours is one sure method to get as many of those vitamins and minerals as possible. Drew it on a recycle board with poster colours. It is always so mind calming to spend a little time to sketch, to draw and to paint what you like 😊
