This will be seen very rarely, mainly in the first half of the first lesson when the teacher explains what they are looking for, for example, competence and literacy skill improvement in the skill being focused on, etc. (Nichols, 1994).</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are many different goals in relation to this type of model that is linked with the new Leaving Certificate P.E syllabus. The ones that will be focused on during this scheme will be the individual accountability, which is essentially the "answerability" of the task such as the teacher finding out whether the student has completed the task, the social skills which are skills such as listening, shared decision making, taking responsibility, and giving and receiving feedback, and also positive independence which is simply achieved when group members learn to depend on the rest of the group while working to complete the task<br>(Chambers &amp; Lutrell, 2013). Individual and Team Challenges is also one of the four strands in the P.E curriculum and so this strand must be visited at least twice during 1<sup>st </sup>-3<sup>rd</sup> year like the other strands.</div>]]></description>
