         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Watson tested classical conditioning using baby Albert, a white rat, and a metal object. Watson presented baby Albert with a white rat at the same time he hit the metal object causing a loud noise which scared baby Albert. After 8 trials Watson was able to present the white rat to Albert without the loud noise and make him crawl away and cry. </strong></div>]]></description>
