     To me, health means stuff to do with the physical and mental aspects of a being health.

     I think your mental health only becuase I beleive that changing you mental health back to normal or a more sain state would be much harder to change you physical health/appearance.

#2: Write about something you recently did to improve your mental health.
I recently have done artwork to help. It is mostly called "vent-art" and it's where you draw what you feel and most of the time, they are very dark and sad thoughts. It helps me a bit more, not 100%, but there are deffinetly other tactics. An example would be yesterday, I was a bit stressed out, so I grabbed a bunch of paints and other stuff and began to continue to work on a persoanl craft that I had started sometime in the beginning of this year.           One sign could be that the significant other could be to touchy for your liking and would be very defensive or jeleous if you were around someone else. Especially if it was a guy.
