- they should be the most dedicated in their subteam
- will be trained by the sub team captain personally more
- they will be helping train the members younger than them

However, to build a cohesive bot, a project management team will be going between sub teams to ensure everyone is working at a good pace.

Project managers are not in charge of the sub teams. They communicate between them to make sure everyone knows, more or less, what is happening and how the robot is progressing.

They pass along concerns between sub teams.

For example: Electrical needing to wire the robot, but the mechanical team is building something on it. The mechanical team could potentially work on something else or work on that component separately while the electrical team works.

Student-led, Teacher-facilitated

Student leaders are responsible for leading communication with teachers about general information and concerns about their respective aspects of the team. Student leads should be the ones to make the call with heavy consideration of teacher/mentor feedback and advice, ensuring that both sides have their concerns addressed and a compromise may be made if needed.

In terms of administrative activity, teachers will be more involved due to the nature of these those types of activities.

We can set up a Trello pad for different teams within FRC to set up progress checks and to-do lists that project managers and team leads can access. 

This would help a lot with the keeping on track and on task instead of forgetting what to do and missing something important. It also ensures that the accountability issues are much less common.

With the addition of Project Managers to the team, we can have them update all the lists at the closing meeting and post them on the smartboard at the beginning of each meeting.

It also currently looks subpar with lack of content and navigation ease.
