interesting to look at a standard from an admin point of view; a lot of important information can be found on the CIS survey to guide school's next steps; admin has made an effort to make their vision visible and has invited classroom teachers to do it as well in their classrooms.

-It was so useful to have the viewpoint of different sectors of the school represented in our group. Each topic discussed could be looked at with different lenses
-Really studying the Mission and especially the Guiding statements raise my awareness of what guides and drives our school overall "Who do we say we are?"
- When we queried the strategic plan we were given access to the School Improvement plan and this was so interesting to see the intentionality of the Board and School leaders to align the plan for the school's future with the Guiding statements.

-As a community we should become more aware of the Guiding statements and be driven by them - not simply the Mission.
- We should be intentional about harnessing the students' home cultures and languages to enhance our Global relevance and awareness.

There have been questions and discussions that have occurred that have gone beyond this...for example our learning support program. We have been a very positive team, its been very lovely to work with other people you wouldn't normally work with. Highlighted that there are so many 'cogs' to get this 'machine to work.
Helpful that there was a leader who was trained/prepped before going to the meetings. 

2 suggestions:
There wasn't really an avenue to share other discussions/interesting points/conversations that were had. Would have been helpful if there was. There was a power in those conversations due to having different people from around the school. It was powerful having a mix of different people from different divisions in JS. 
The formatting of the google sheet was very challenging/irritating to access and use and see. Next time please use another format, if possible.

I enjoyed the perspective of other teachers from different levels contributing  to discussions and offering examples  from their areas.

Suggestions - Building more local community involvement and being more culturally sensitive when we join in local community events, etc.

Can the Grade 4 curriculum include more links with the local community? What experiences to swiss schools have at this grade level that might enhance our curriculum?
