- You get Salmonellae from from the animals so make sure to wash your hands after touching those animals or food.

-  If you see symptoms of Salmonellae make sure to head to the hospital right away because it is very contagious and a bad disease to get especially for younger children.

-  There is no way the reptile could get rid of the disease so make sure that if you want a pet turtle or snake that you be extra cautious.
