Completing the ABC model for Rosa helped me to understand how to break down a client's issue they are facing. This was helpful because I was able to analyze the physical, emotional, social, and mental factors that a client faces and then treat those issues. I plan to use this model for my own clients when working with them.

This assignment showed me how prominent human and sex trafficking is. I also learned the common risk factors that make someone vulnerable to being trafficked. Different screening assessments, referral processes, and special considerations when working with special populations are included. Being culturally competent is essential when working with clients so that we, as counselors, are treating each client with respect. Knowing different cultures' values will help me as an LPC because I will be able to be respectful, and build rapport and trust when working with clients.
