         <title>Ms. Vaughn - Meditation</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I started, I was hardly meditating at all and feeling really distanced from my inner voice. By week two, I had meditated 6 times and was already feeling a lot more centered. The following weeks were challenging because I wasn't getting up early enough in the morning to meditate, so I was skipping it some days. At this point, I have meditated at least half the days of each month and am feeling much more balanced. My favorite thing about my project so far is that I can meditate so much easier now. It is a nice way to end my day, also. I would recommend meditating because&nbsp;it helps you quiet your mental chatter, and connect with yourself. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I started, I didn't know anything about riding a skateboard. By week two, I wasn't scared about getting on the skateboard and falling. The following weeks were very hard to stay motivated because I lost faith in learning. At this point, I can ride the skateboard without falling for a while. My favorite thing about my project so far is that I spend more time outside then usual. I would recommend learning how to ride a skateboard because it's challenging, a good way to get out, and very funny to do by yourself.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Shihui Rong - training badminton every day</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp;When I started, I had almost no habit of training to play badminton every day and it felt different from what I imagined in my heart. By week two, I had started training every day, and I felt like I was slowly picking up some skills. The following weeks I've been very happy because I've experienced that I can do what I love every day. At this point, I've been playing badminton for at least half of the month. My favorite thing about my project so far is that I can now easily play the game. It's also a great way to enrich my life. I recommend playing badminton because it can help your body become healthier and your life richer.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I started, I knew nothing about archery, I had no idea how to hold the bow or where to aim the arrows, but I still really liked the sport and I wanted to try something new. By week two, I stopped putting the majority of my arrows in the wall and more on the target. The following weeks, I got better at my aim and I could get closer to the center of the target, but I still miss lots of the shots. At this point, I know how to hold the bow better so it doesn't hurt my arm as much and I also know how to not get my arrows into my neighbor's backyard. My favorite thing about my project is knowing that I tried something new. I would recommend archery because is a really interesting sport, although it can hurt your arms and the arrows can damage walls.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I started, I was barey working out and I wouldnt do it for 20 minutes. I didnt have motivation at the time. By week two I was working out for at least 20 minutes sometimes even longer. Even if I was really sore the next day I would still workout. The following weeks were a bit harder but then got easier because I had gotten covid and just lost motivation. Since I had to quarantine for almost 2 weeks, I was really bored so I started working out again. At this point ive kind of stopped working out but im going to start doing it again. While working out it has helped me so much by distracting me and other things too. My favorite thing about my project so far is that ive been a lot happier. I recommend working out because it helps you with a lot of things.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I started I was curving but just not with enough power with the shot I got some pointers from my coach he played in the mls and his tips really helped me. by week two I was shooting the ball with a little more power but not enough power too curve in a game.The following weeks I started to improve on my shot but I missed sometimes and it was hard to curve it top bins but thats why im going to practice even more to improve my shot.At this point i could shoot it with power but I just need to&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;know how to shoot when im running with the ball because I lose balance when i shoot and just mess up the shot so I need to practice shooting when Im moving with the ball.My favorite thing about my project so far is just playing and shooting with the soccer ball.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When i started, I was already working out but at sometimes i would just lose all my motivation out of nowhere. By week 2 all my motivation had came back and i was just working my ass off without giving up on what i had to do. The following weeks were getting easier because everyday constantly after doing homework i would take my pre-workout and go straight into my workout for 1 hour and 30mins. I had some rough days where i just didnt want to workout because i felt to lazy and felt like i wasnt gonna acheive the body i wanted. At this point i have gained over 5 pounds of muscle and i have felt good about myself finally. My favorite thing about my project so far is getting to working out as a motivation to keep going. I would reccomend to workout because it can destract you from problems at home or anywhere else.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I started, I only knew how to cook Mexican food. By week two, I had learned three new recipes that I chosed to try out. The following weeks, I struggled a bit on keep on cooking everyday because I either wasn't in the mood or their was food already made. At this point, I can cook more recipes and I've learned a couple of new desserts. My favorite thing about my project so far is, I have learned more recipes through out these weeks and made some good desserts. I would recommend cooking/baking because its actually fun to do and gets you distracted for awhile and you gets things out of your head cause your focusing on cooking/baking.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Jesus - Drawing </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I started, I was really struggling with learning how to draw something such as the trees, clouds, mountains, and texture the water. By week two, I was getting better at drawing, but by then I began to draw some trees and mountains with texture and shade. It wasn't as much of struggle as the first week. The following weeks, it was just a routine and I would continue practicing, when bored I would   draw anything off of the top of my head. At this point, I can draw with detail and without having to redraw an image. My favorite thing about my project so is that drawing really distracted me from everything that I was going on around me. I would just focus on drawing, sometimes I would go outside and draw while listen to birds chirp and her the wind. I would recommend drawing since its so calming and peaceful.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I started to implement this goal I would feel tired because my physique was not very good during that time, the blood draw reported that my white blood cells were lower than the red blood cells, so I tried to implement this goal in order to enhance my Physique, by the second week I started to get used to the exercise and slowly began to feel my body started to get stronger but still a little tired, and then by the next week I was fully used to the exercise, and the feeling of running became easier than it was in the first week. So tired, at this time I went back to my blood draw some time ago, the blood draw reported that my white blood cells started to return to normal and the red blood cells were the same, so far I will stick to my goals because I want to participate next year I like The track and field team, what I like most about my project is that when you finish exercising, you will feel your muscles relax and your body will feel refreshed. I would recommend everyone to exercise for the sake of their own health, because people's health is very It's important, if something goes wrong with your body, it will be too late to regret it.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>when i started, it was very hard i had to be patient because i knew i would figure it out by learning every weekend. by week 1 i was learnig how to clean my bike and fix it why because it would get dirty with dirt, rocks etc. by week 2 i started riding dirt it was very hard because there would be wide turns big jumps and i had to go in a fast speed with other riders close together.  the following weeks it was very stressfull and challeging praticing every weekend i would have to repeat everything again cleaning my bike and practicing. at this point i got used to it and it started beig easy for me i learned how to control my bike on the dirt make good turns, long jumps, and doing tricks. my favorite thing about my project is taking videos of myself and pictures of my progress. i would reccoend to not give up and keep trying.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I started skateboarding, I would just cruise around with it and was scared to try tricks. By week two i kinda started to get more comfortable skateboarding. The following week I tried doing trick and fell from it so i stopped trying to do tricks on it. At this point im not trying any tricks but I be crusing around with it. My favorite thing about my project so far is that I get to be outside. I would recommend skateboarding but wouldn't recommend trying tricks on it if you're just starting. </div>]]></description>

By week two, my mistakes began to dwindle, and I started to know more badminton skills. And my friend told me that I was getting better. The following weeks, I am gradually enjoying the training process more and more. Those training sessions made my skills better. At this point, I started to like to play badminton with my friends right now. My favorite thing about my project so far is I learned a new sport and I started to enjoy it.          <description><![CDATA[<div>When I started , I was a bit nervous because I wasnt sure if <em>I</em> had the patiences to sit there for 2 hours . I went to a coures that was only two days long ; that costed 900 hundred dollars. After the coures was done I did my first client and it wasnt bad at all .I practiced a few times on my model doll. I noticed it wasn't the same so i just decied that i would practice on my friend's . I've been practicing since than , I see lots of progress . Im not where I wanna be at so that means I have to try harder. Doing lashes makes me forget about all the problems I have in my life, it's very relaxing and I also get to know others more. I recommend doing lashes because its very good money and it's a way of getting distracted from everything going on in life.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I started, I was already started doing some sets and it was challenging since it was my first time practicing. After two weeks, I looked for more materials and saw more ways to help me improve my nail art. The following weeks, I did a few more sets and look for better materials and replace some of them. At this point, I have learned more but not improved which I'm still working on but this is the point to see my improvement. My favorite thing about the project so far, is seeing that I'm slowly improving and having more materials to help me improve. I would recommend, practing being a nail tech to anyone that has wanted to start since it really kind of hard but easy to learn.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I started, I was already playing Volleyball for Arroyo. Getting to know everybody on the team was a good thing because some people we all played with last year etc, and having more new players was even better. By week two, I got use to all the drills we've been practicing on lately, and got use to the positions I was playing. The following week, I felt like I met all the expectation I was thriving for. At this point, I feel like I can play all the positions in Volleyball. My favorite thing about my project, was Spiking the ball down on the opposite team. I would recommended playing Volleyball because it exercises my muscle and keep me moving actively. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I started, I was confident I could make it well because I like food and was  nervous, but by the second week I felt like I had learned a lot  skills on cooking. I spent the next few weeks watching videos and asking others for opinions to learn how to cook well. At this point, I do it almost every day, and all I feel like I've got the hang of it. One of my favorite things about my projects so far is that I can be happy while cooking because that's what I love to do and I can feel at ease while doing it. I recommend cooking because it allows you to have fun and get the food that you like.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When i started i got sore and stuff when I first started&nbsp; lifting weights.By week two I got use to lifting weights and i got to lift more heavy weights and i also hit my pr for Bench,Dead lift,and squat and I got use to when I got sore.The following week I didn't go to conditioning or lift weights because I had family stuff for  2 weeks and then I couldn't go.At this point i am thinking about going back because I miss it and right no the foot ball team is doing like real football workouts in the Fields.My Favorite thing about my project so fa is that i get to get stronger and get to know my football teammates for next season.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When i started it was hard for me to work out almost everyday because of work and homework. By week two i figured out how to make enough time for everything. The following weeks were a little hard for me because i would get more busy but if i wasn't able to do it that day i would workout twice as hard the next day. At this point im starting to workout almost everyday except Sunday and Mondays and im also eating healthier, i feel way a little better about myself. My favorite thing about my project is that i get to do it with my friends, but also im gaining more confidence in myself.          <description><![CDATA[<div>When I started, I much time can't followed up my team when team fight, and everytime died couldn't helped team got anything information, that feeled I am useless. By week two I almosted can follow up on team and could gave little bit information, but i fear about how I could did when team leave me alone. The following week I could commanded team what we should do. At this point try playing alone with out my team, because i couldn't depend on them. My favorite thing about my project so far is how i change much in game, like my kda (<strong>Kill Death Assist) </strong>going up. I would recommend time management training in the game, becasue  should take time to learn another thing, but i don't has much interest.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I started, I was struggling on keeping the ball balanced on my leg. By week two, I got better at having the ball balanced on my leg. The following weeks I master balancing the ball on my leg so I just had to work on the trick itself. At this point I just had to work on the trick which it took sometime to master it and get it first try but I worked hard enough that i'm able to do the trick without messing up but i'm trying to keep working on it to make it look smother. My favorite thing about my project so far is that I enjoyed doing it. I would recommend learning this trick because it could improve your ball control and make you a better player.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I started, I wanted to find something relax to do and take my mind of difficult things. By two week, I got excited to start try other things and not finish two of my previous project. The following week, were frustrating because I wanted to start on a new project but I also had to finish my previous one. There was time that I was about to give up, but in the same time it's so relaxing and it's fun to try new things every week. At this point, I was ready to throw away some of my first few  project because one I didn't like it and second I haven't finish it. My favorite thing about my project is that there's a lot of new things in mind that I want to do. I recommend, doing DIY'S because it's relaxing and help you get distracted from bad things out in the real world. </div>]]></description>

The following weeks were challenging because I would forget to make time to do my DIYs. At this point I have more designs of rings and I also started to make bracelets. My favorite thing about my project so far is that I can make money off of what I<em> </em>am making&nbsp;and it takes my mind off of things. I would recommend doing DIYs because it can help you get your mind off of things and it is a fun thing to do. </div>]]></description>
