Then, for lunch, I eat rice with meat and tomatoe salad, I drink a juice or soda.
My favorite snak after lunch is a fruit or yogurt.

I would like to request the English course  advertised in the recent company newsletter. I have worked in a restaurant for two years, but I don't speak English in that place. I have studied English at school and now at university, but I have to improve my English.

I really don't enjoy communicating by email, I prefer to communicate face to face, I think a course in the United States would improve my English because I would talk to other people all time.
