  That Panama is safer, sociaty can generate information on crime in each sector,  coordinating sociaty between the cops ,the sectors recover most vulnerable to insecurity also  it can be  crime prevention programs, increase police training and professionalism  and prevent corruption, Panama is common corruption also Crime and violence are obstacles to the development of Panama although Panama is one of the countries with the lowest level of crime.
