So - we will initially put our current RDSPD inventory in the Google Spreadsheet by audit date. Will we only update that Spreadsheet going forward prior to the JIRA implementation or will we have another drop dead date to make sure the Google Spreadsheet is ready for the migration??

Was that initial order in 2018 actually finally purchased, paid for, or reimbursed by R4 RDSPD or do I go by the original invoices to determine who purchased items.

We like to be able to sort the spreadsheet by various columns. Sometimes we sort by manufacturer, sometimes by Region 4 tag #, sometimes warranty date (to see what equipment is in warranty), etc. The way this current spreadsheet is set up does not allow that. Can we simply list the manufacturer in the "manufacturer" column and do away with the color coded rows? We could make ALL Phonak rows green and ALL Oticon rows pink if it really needs to be color coded. Hope my thought process is making sense :)
