The Covid-19 pandemic condition demands the presence of learning technology that involves the readiness of human resources, objects and subjects, infrastructure and regulations that are all interrelated.Professional organizations can give them an open door for at least two benefits, namely: a) Gaining additional provision of soft skills so, they are able to adapt their challenges of actual tasks, and b) Obtain facilitation to develop a career.It's been a long time, this commissariat level English organization or “mgmp” has not been carried out, Alhamdulillah on the first meeting today. We are all miss to share, to meet, to express the heart's content . But in the future we also have to hold meetings, don't be constrained by a pandemic or anything because we already know many applications, many forums that we can do by “ONLINE MEETING”. We Must always be enthusiastic for future management. We must face the digitalization era with joy. Don't "back off" before trying.The schedule is good and well executed. As a member, I want to provide input that has not been conveyed at the meeting last Tuesday, January 25, 2022. The material presented is quite motivating for us, and it can wake us up from a long sleeping. Therefore, we have started to move quickly to catch up it.Allah bless us aaminnn yra.1. As a member, I want to give my opinion. The timing of the implementation of this program (mgmp) be better in the future to be conditioned by the hours of teaching time so that the” kbm” runs flow without disturbing student learning. One example Tuesday, after a break we start the program. It means that the English teacher for Tuesday teaches only the 1st period up to before the break session.2. The schedule of the session program does not need much. One theme but finished in the same day. Time will be more effective. An example of the next meeting to make lesson plans for class 7, 8, and 9 in groups so that the lesson plans or “RPP” for the next 1 semester is ready before the semester begin. We are also making a variety of questions each material with the key answers and discussions.3. The determination of the good place is drawing so that our open friendship can distributed, it does not make us boring anymore. On the condition, no one allowed to compare each other, in order to create a better atmosphere.4. Totally agree if our forum were to go national. For example, there is a website that is actively managed by young innovative teachers so our forum or “mgmp” can facilitate other teachers. A kind of teacher can share. So we can share anything by online.
